Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world. JOEM is strong and market leader especially in 2 Wheeler segment.
Job Description
二輪車/パワースポーツ車両向けEVモーター及びモーター制御ユニットエンジニア
- コンポーネント開発ステークホルダーの技術インターフェース
- 社内外のプロジェクト技術要求のマネージメント
- 開発目標達成に向けたコンポーネントの要件定義及び開発
- 国内外の開発部隊への技術要件展開及びトラッキング
- 実車及び試験環境における要件検証、動作検証、最適化
Motor and Motor control unit engineer for two-wheeler and powersports vehicles
- Technical point of contact for customer and Bosch local/international development team
- Deployment and management of component technical requirement to international team
- Balancing the reasonable expectations by balancing component project deliverables
- Validate fulfillment of requirement on component level together with core development team
Qualifications
- Electrical/Mechanical engineering knowledge
- Experience in Motor and/or electric control product development (Prefer)
- Electric device development experience. (Prefer)
- Japanese communication skills (Business level)
- English communication skills (TOEIC > 600)
- Basic knowledge of Motorcycle (Prefer)
- Structured and reliable working style
- Open minded and team-oriented personality
- Challenging spirit and driving force for new things
- 電気・機械工学知識
- モーターもしくは電子制御システム製品開発の経験(あれば望ましい)
- 電気デバイスの開発経験(あれば望ましい)
- 日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル (ビジネスレベル)
- 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル (TOEIC >600)
- 二輪車両に関する基礎知識(あれば望ましい)
- 建設的で信頼性のある業務スタイル
